| Description: A high mountain walk with steep scrambling in places passing numerous waterfalls to reach Carnedd Llewelyn (1064m), the 3rd highest mountain in Wales. Car parking on minor road from Abergwyngregyn (Pay and Display). Follow signposted path to the Aber Falls, taking higher path at edge of forest leading up steep path to top of falls (Optionally visit falls along lower path then double back to higher path). Follow Afon Goch towards the head of the valley, then up the hillside to the summit of Carnedd Gwenllian (Option: head left to lower ridge between Llwytmor and Foel-fras then ascend Foel-fras and along ridge to reach Carnedd Gwenllian). | ||
